How to Enrol

To register send a non-refundable deposit of € 160. This payment can be made by Certified International Money Order (this is a cheap and quick option), made out to and sent to: Scuola Italia, via Roma, 75B - 61049 Urbania (PU) - Italy, enclosed with the registration form, or by direct bank credit transfer to:

Please include the name of the students as a reference. Bring a copy of your receipt with you to the school.

Once the deposit has been received, the school will send you confirmation of registration including the name and the address of your host family or apartment owner. To help us accommodate your needs, please send the registration form as soon as possible (at least 30 days before the course starting date).

The remainder of the fees shall be paid the school secretary on then first day of the course.

Fees will not be reimbursed to students who cancel a course or who withdraw early. However, in such circumstances, you will be allowed to attend your the unused course on another occasion, or transfer this right to a third party of your choice.

We do not accept cheques.

Arrival in Urbania
We will be expecting you on the Sunday before the course starts. In exceptional cases arrival on a Saturday can be arranged with the school secretary. On the first Monday, a placement test will be given to sort you into classes.  Please ensure you arrive on time at nine o’clock to carry out the test and to complete any other administrative details.

For Minors
The registration form should be countersigned by a parent/guardian.
